Why we're cheaper than storage in town
You give up walk-in access. You give one week's notice and we deliver everything back. That trade-off is the reason the price is lower — not a corner we're cutting.
One facility, not fifty
We store your goods on land we already own outside Modimolle, Limpopo — not premium industrial land in Johannesburg or Cape Town.
No branch network
No shopfronts. No reception staff waiting in fifteen cities for a walk-in customer. Just one facility and a driver.
Planned logistics
Collections and deliveries are scheduled and batched, not run on demand. That's what keeps a truck trip affordable.

Tell us where you are and roughly how much you need to store. We'll quote you on storage and on collection.
We collect from your door
We come to you, anywhere in South Africa, and load your goods for the trip to Modimolle.
Your goods sit in your own locked garage
Everything you store goes into a private lock-up garage on our farm. Nobody else has a key.
Give a week's notice, get it all back
When you need your things, tell us a week ahead and we'll deliver everything back to your door.
Pricing
What it costs
Two separate costs: a monthly garage rental, and a once-off rate to collect and later deliver your goods. We don't blend them into one number, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

Collection and delivery
A once-off rate per trip, charged for collection and again when we deliver back. Priced by region because it reflects the distance our truck travels to Modimolle.

How quickly can I get my things back?
One week from the day you ask. Message us, and we'll schedule your delivery for seven days out.
Can I fetch just one or two items, or is it everything at once?Assumption
Assumption — confirm before publishing: a single-item collection isn't practical given the once-off trip cost, so a partial fetch would likely still need a week's notice and would carry its own collection charge. If small partial withdrawals should be possible or excluded entirely, that needs a firm answer here.
Can I visit my garage?Assumption

Where exactly is the facility?
Outside Modimolle, Limpopo — roughly 1.5 hours' drive north of Pretoria.

Is my property insured?Assumption

What may I not store?
Food and perishables, flammable or hazardous substances, firearms and ammunition, live animals, and anything illegal to possess.
